The website allows customers to submit reviews. The form may collect the first name or nickname intended for publication, purchase marketplace, rating, approximate purchase date, review text, email address and, where provided, an order reference or buyer username.

Buyback proposal form

The object buyback form may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, postcode, country of residence, descriptive information about the object, its country of origin or provenance where known, your optional price estimate, whether provenance documents are available, and up to three photographs. This data is used to review the proposal, assess possible interest in the object and contact you. Submitting the form does not constitute a commitment to purchase.

Identification and traceability if a purchase takes place

No identity document is requested in the initial public form. If a purchase transaction is considered, a valid identity document and, depending on the object, proof of ownership or provenance may be requested. Information necessary for transaction traceability may be retained for the period required by regulations applicable to dealers in movable second-hand goods.

Purpose of the review form

This information is used to receive the review, carry out prior moderation, reduce spam and fake reviews and, if the review is accepted, publish only the information intended to be public. Email addresses and verification information are not displayed with the review.

Publication of reviews

Publication is not automatic. Reviews may be rejected when they do not comply with the review policy, including spam, duplicates, unlawful content or when the experience cannot reasonably be verified where verification is necessary.

Technical service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify. Buyback proposals and attached files are received through Netlify Forms. Data required to manage featured objects and customer reviews is stored in Cin Bien-être’s Supabase project. Private review verification information is not exposed in published reviews.

Cin Bien-être currently adds no advertising cookies or audience analytics tools to this website. Strictly necessary technical processing may be carried out by the host to ensure security and service operation.
