Publication after moderation

Reviews submitted to Cin Bien-être are not published automatically. They are checked before publication to reduce spam, fake reviews, duplicates and inappropriate content.

Authenticity of the experience

Private information requested in the form, such as an email address or order reference when provided, is used only to help verify the purchase experience. It is not displayed with the review.

Reasons a review may be rejected

• spam, advertising or content unrelated to a purchase experience;
• duplicate or clearly fraudulent review;
• insulting, defamatory or unlawful content, or personal data about a third party;
• lack of information reasonably linking the review to a genuine experience when verification is necessary.

Positive and negative reviews

A review is not rejected solely because it describes a negative experience. Moderation concerns authenticity, relevance and compliance with this policy.

Information displayed

When a review is published, it may display the chosen first name or nickname, rating, marketplace, review text and publication date.

Ordering

Published reviews are shown from newest to oldest unless clearly stated otherwise.
